  • The Special Rapporteur will also take other international human rights instruments into account, and some other international agreements that have an impact on the situation of actual or potential child victims of sale, prostitution or pornography, such as ILO Convention No. 182 (1999) concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour; ILO Convention No. 138 (1973) concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment; and ILO Convention No. 105 (1957) concerning the Abolition of Forced Labour; the Declaration on Social and Legal Principles relating to the Protection and Welfare of Children, with special reference to Foster Placement and Adoption Nationally and Internationally; the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Administration of Juvenile Justice (Beijing Rules); the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and its Protocols, the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, especially Women and Children and the Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air.
